This telescope is a reflector telescope (also called a Newton telescope or mirror telescope) and offers the amateur astronomer high quality. The 130mm mirror collects 25% more light than a standard 114mm mirror. You will be able to observe more distant objects, this together with the excellent quality price ratio provides you with an excellent mirror telescope.
This telescope comes with a equatorial mount that is heavier than its Bynostar 114/500 telescope and is equipped with an electrical guidance motor on its x axis. This means that the motor will help you to keep your observed objects within sight while compensating for the rotation of the earth. Practically this means that you will have a more steady image and will be able to observe more details.
The large 6x30 finder scope will assist you finding the objects in the sky of your choosing. The finder scope shows approximately just as many stars as the star atlases beginning astronomers use.
This telescope accepts eyepieces according to the international standard; 1.25 inch. You will also get two quality eyepieces; a super plössl of 25 and 10mm, additionally you will receive a Barlow lens that triples the magnification of the already high quality plössl eyepieces.
You will be able to observe a lot of details from all kinds of objects such as the moon and many planets. Moon craters are visible up to 1.7km as well as the clouds and big red spot around and on Jupiter. Additionally the Cassini phenomenon is visible and the rings of Saturn.
