Delivery times

We believe it is important to ship your order out to you as fast as possible. This means that if you place an order before 5PMon working days and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped to you the same day. This means that you can expect your order delivered at your door step within 2 days. The transit times are subject to stock availability and we also have to verify your order, which means that we recommend you to pay by Credit card or Paypal to receive your order within 2 days.

telescope-expert.co.uk accepts orders from all over the world. Orders are shipped with UPS.



You can see our shipping rates in the table above. As you can see the shipping rates are dependent on the total amount of your order. The transit time shown above indicates the number of business day(s) it takes to deliver your purchase after your product has been shipped.

Please note that we are dependent on our courier UPS, if for any reason there is a delay that we are aware of before we dispatch your purchase we will offer you the option to cancel your order or to receive a refund.

Tracking your order

We will send you an email after your order has been shipped. In this email you will find a tracking code that allows you to trace your order online.

If you are not at home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox indicating that a second delivery attempt will be made the following business day. If you are also not at home at the second delivery attempt, you will also be notified by the means of a note and asked to make an appointment with the courier to pick up your order.
